This document sets out the terms and conditions between Cyber Ireland and you when you purchase a ticket.

Cyber Ireland reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.

CONFERENCE ORGANISER

CINC25 is organised by Cyber Ireland, hosted at Munster Technological University. 

DATA COLLECTION

Cyber Ireland will be collecting, processing, and using your personal data for the purpose of managing your ticket purchase and for any other purposes to which you have explicitly agreed, including the import of contact information you have previously authorised.

By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree that your name and organisation details (excluding email and contact information) may be shared with conference participants, on the conference app and with partners/sponsors.
We ask for your personal data in order to process your registration for this conference. We require personal information for items such as communications and updates about the conference, dietary requirements and conference badges.

ACCESS TO CINC25

We reserve the right to refuse participation to or to remove access to the conference to anyone that we, in our sole discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, determine:

• is behaving in a manner that could disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to any person or partner;
• represents a security or health & safety risk to any person or partner;
• fails to comply with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to or participation in the conference.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

By registering and/or participating in CINC25 you acknowledge that the conference, sessions and/or social functions may be photographed and/or filmed and that these photos and video recordings can be used for promotional purposes, future marketing materials, illustration, information and dissemination activities via Cyber Ireland. REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & NAME CHANGE

All purchases of tickets for CINC25 are non-refundable in their entirety. We will consider refunds, in our sole discretion, up to the 1st of October 2025.

Tickets may be transferred to another person in your organisation up until the 1st of October 2025. To do so, send your ticket receipt and the details of the person to transfer the ticket to (Name, Role, Organisation, Email address) to [email protected]
