This document sets out the terms and conditions between Cyber Ireland and you when you purchase a ticket.

Cyber Ireland reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.

CONFERENCE ORGANISER

CINC24 is organised by Cyber Ireland, hosted at Munster Technological University. 

DECLARATION OF CONSENT

I hereby give my consent for Cyber Ireland to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket and for any other use to which I have consented, including the importation of contact information for which I have provided my explicit prior consent.  

By submitting the registration form, you agree to have your name and organisation details only (not email / contact details) shared with conference participants and partners.

ACCESS TO CINC24

We reserve the right to refuse participation to or to remove access to the conference to anyone that we, in our sole discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, determine:

• is behaving in a manner that could disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to any person or partner;
• represents a security or health & safety risk to any person or partner;
• fails to comply with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to or participation in the conference.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

By registering and/or participating in CINC24 you acknowledge that the conference, sessions and/or social functions may be photographed and/or filmed and that these photos and video recordings can be used for promotional purposes, future marketing materials, illustration, information and dissemination activities via Cyber Ireland. Should you have any concerns about this, or do not wish to be included in any photographs or video recording please contact: [email protected]  

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & NAME CHANGE

All purchases of tickets for CINC24 are non-refundable in their entirety. We will consider refunds, in our sole discretion, up to the 6th of September. 

Tickets may be transferred to another person in your organisation up until the 19th September. To do so, send your ticket receipt and the details of the person to transfer the ticket to (Name, Role, Organisation, Email address) to [email protected]
