Ticket Limit: Due to high demand and to allow for a diverse mix of attendee organisations, there is a 5-ticket limit per organisation.

We accept payment by card only.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION

Check with your hotel directly for your cancellation policy. Cyber Ireland is not
responsible for accommodation bookings.

CHANGES & SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions are allowed until 1st October 2025. Please email [email protected] with the details.

REFUNDS

Ticket purchases are non refundable however we will consider refunds, in our
sole discretion, up to 1st October 2025.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If CINC25 is cancelled, the organisers are not liable for any costs beyond
registration. Travel insurance for those coming from outside of Ireland is
recommended.

MEDIA NOTICE

Photography, video, and audio may be captured and used for promotional
purposes. Please email [email protected] in advance to opt out.

CODE OF CONDUCT

CINC25 is a harassment-free event. Discrimination or inappropriate content
will not be tolerated in any setting.

LEAD SCANNING

Your name, organisation, country and email will be shared with our partners/sponsors should you agree to have your delegate badge scanned at any stage during CINC25. You may receive promotional and non promotional material from the partner/sponsor who scanned your delegate badge. Please note you can opt out at any time by contacting the partner/sponsor representative directly.

DATA COLLECTION

Cyber Ireland will be collecting, processing, and using your personal data for the purpose of managing your ticket purchase and for any other purposes to which you have explicitly agreed, including the import of contact information you have previously authorised. By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree that your name and organisation details (excluding email and contact information) may be shared with conference participants and on the conference app. We ask for your personal data in order to process your registration for this conference. We require personal information for items such as communications and updates about the conference, dietary requirements and conference badges.
